Attention Military Families - we want to hear from you!
The Duke University Evidence-based Practice Implementation Center (EPIC) is about to launch the Welcome Back Veterans program to prepare North Carolina mental health providers to work with military families, recognize their intrinsic strengths, and provide quality care for their children and family members, including service members who have experienced warzone deployment.
Your perspectives and experiences will help us make services more accessible and effective for North Carolina military families and their children. This online survey should take no more than 10 minutes. I can promise that your answers will help improve our Welcome Back Veterans program.
If the link is not active, please copy and paste into your web browser to complete the brief survey.
Information from this survey will help us to design our Welcome Back Veterans program to serve and assist children and families, particularly those who are Guard and Reserve members, and Veterans.
